NUR-182 Pharmacology for Nurses

This course is a first-level course in the nursing sequence which introduces the student to the drug classification system. Students will learn basic actions and side effects of drugs and drug regulations. Mathematical calculations necessary to the practice of nursing are taught, and students must achieve a passing score on a medication calculations test in order to pass this course.
