SUR-212 Surgical Technology Practicum II

This is a continuation of Surgical Technology Practicum I.
This course allows the student to refine advanced professional skills developed in Practicum I.
Students spend 15 weeks/21 hours a week in the hospital with a certified surgical technologist preceptor and adjunct instructor who is responsible for observing, assessing, and guiding them towards competency and mastery of their clinical experience.
Prerequisite(s): SUR-206
Corequisite(s): SUR-210 ; SUR-214 .
