VET-217 Clinical Laboratory Procedures II [Spring Only] 3 Credit(s) 3 Lab Hour(s) 2 Lecture Hour(s) This course will cover basic parasitology, cytology, histology and necropsy techniques. The student will study the life cycles, pathogenesis, identification, prevention, control and public health concerns of internal and external parasites in domestic animals. Cytological specimens will be collected and processed. A necropsy prosection will be performed, with the collection of specimens and preparation of histology slides for examination by the veterinarian
