MFG-230 Welding Technology II 3 Credit(s) 2 Lab Hour(s) 2 Lecture Hour(s) This course expands on the concepts and applications presented in MFG-130 . Further exploration of the construction of welded compondents and the metallurgic effects on more exotic materials will take place. Students will study the application of welding to aluminum, magnesium, copper alloys, nickel and cobalt alloys, lead, and zinc. Related safety and health considerations will be addressed.
