Topics covered include all key aspects of the operating system including installation procedures, command line usage, shell scripting and customization, commonly used tools and utilities, process control, Regular Expression [RE] pattern matching, and the X Windows system. The objective is to enable network administrators to effectively utilize the operating system and the tools it provides to automate their day-to-day activities.
