HRM-102 Food Protection and Safety 3 Credit(s) 3 Lecture Hour(s) This course introduces the principles involved in identification and prevention of food contamination; the role of state, federal and local Public Health regulations; accident prevention; and the food safety practices and control measures used in the various food service operations. This course prepares students to sit the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification examination.
