LGL-205 Mechanics of Property Transactions 3 Credit(s) 3 Lecture Hour(s) This course is a study of New Jersey real estate legal practice and procedures concentrating on such topics as conveyancing, forms, and the theory and practice of real estate transactions. Sample cases are used to illustrate the paralegal’s role in a real property conveyance. Students examine case studies and prepare a sample problem from contract to closing.
Prerequisite(s): LGL-101 ; LGL-103 ; LGL-220 ; REA-101
