REA-101 Principles of Real Estate I

This course is an introduction to real estate law. Topics covered include property rights, title concepts, liens, contracts, mortgages, deeds, and other property instruments. Students must complete this course and REA-201 in same or consecutive semesters to qualify for the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s Examination which must be taken within 1 year after completion of REA-201 .
