HIS-126 Modern African History 3 Credit(s) 3 Lecture Hour(s) This course is a survey of African History from 1750 to the present. Emphasis is placed on the impact of slavery and western imperialism, the emergence of the new African states since the Second World War, and the social, cultural, political, and economic development of Africa.
