WEX-160 Kinesiology for Personal Training and Exercise

This course is the study of movement and the neuromuscular skeletal structures and their function in relation to activity. The purpose is to analyze human movement through applied anatomy for injury protection during exercise and sport. The role of muscles during movement and types of muscle contractions will be explored. Emphasis of kinesiology will be explored through related research.
