PHY-294 Engineering Mechanics: Statics 4 Credit(s) 4 Lecture Hour(s) This course is a study of the state of rest or motion of bodies under the action of forces. This course builds a foundation of analytic capability for the solution of a great variety of engineering problems. Topics covered include the statics and dynamics of particles and rigid bodies.
Prerequisite(s): MAT-282 ; PHY-280 ; Minimum grade C
